1. Service description
EmailQuanta is a developing email delivery and marketing software platform by Leal Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. Described capabilities may remain limited, under testing or unavailable pending commercial and provider approvals.
2. Authorized business use
Users must have permission to act for their organizations, protect account access and supply accurate configuration details. Third-party cloud provider accounts and sender identities must be independently authorized.
3. Email sending rules
Customers must follow our acceptable-use and anti-spam policy, honor unsubscribe and complaint handling, and comply with relevant law. EmailQuanta is not intended for purchased lists, deception, harassment or unsolicited mass emailing.
4. Provider accounts
Underlying delivery services may have separate terms, eligibility rules and sending limits when applicable. EmailQuanta's plan details and any customer-managed service responsibilities must be explained before commercial use. Domain verification or a published guide does not guarantee inbox placement or message delivery. Never disclose account credentials through public pages or support email.
5. Security and availability
Access controls, delivery safeguards and service operations are subject to testing. No particular service level, uptime guarantee, approved credential-custody model or commercial availability is promised by this pre-launch page.
